Doesn't matter here; it's illegal, and being a sheriff's deputy makes it worse. We have a small army of "Ticket Ladies" who patrol the streets downtown, and fill up their ticket books fairly regularly. The one that wrote the deputy up came into our office later on and said she "hated to do it, but right is right...: Clearly an embarrassment for the good deputy! He'll have a lot of 'splainin' to do... :wink:
