Bump stop replacement

Found the left side bump stop missing this morning. The mount seems intact. How bad is this going to be to replace? Is it worth going to poly if available or is there a progressive bump stop option available?
 
I've only seen rubber ones. The worst part is getting the rusty bolts out of the old ones. The new ones bolt right on.
 
Oh, I was thinking front for some reason. The rears are replaceable. You can buy the rubber bit from Moss and probably reuse the original base. I've still never seen anything but rubber though.
