building a single tower Sprite storage lift?

'm trying to figure a hoist to suspend a gutted shell (no bonnet) up to the ceiling in the garage. Can't find anything that will work out of the box."

Easy, a bit of rope and a few pullys, like used on larger sail boats. Yep, did it.

I use some old sailing hardware, a mainsheet cleat along with 3 pulleys to create a pulley setup for lifting Bugsy's BE Bonnet off all by myself. Now not everyone has spare Harken nylon ballbearing sailing hardware along with high tech mainsheet rope in the back of their garage but when attached to some eyebolts placed through the fender mirror mounting holes I can remove the front hinge bolts and remove the bonnet by myself in < 10 minutes. You can duplicate this setup, for nat all that much money, using different pulleys of course from the local hardware store.
