Bugeye windscreen installation

I've already cracked one screen and I'm paranoid about trying again. Does anyone know the "trick" if there is one, about how to get the rubber and screen into the frame?

I've called around the area here, (SouthEastern, NC) and I don't trust any of the local auto glass shops. They only know how to glue windows in and don't want to take responsibility if they break it. Can't say I blame them.

Look for an old timer or long standing glass shop.
I had a local guy install 2 so far. The old timers learned on these cars. It cost me $50 and a box of donuts.
