I stripped my tire pump, honed the inside, powder coated it, and put in a new leather cup. Two questions:1) How long was the hose originally, is this hose made out of anything special, and how was it attached to the brass fixture? 2)Was there originally any kind of check valve in the pump itself so that air can only go one way? Any help is greatly appreciated as always.
