Bugeye single piece top frame same as two-piece?

Does anyone know if the single-piece Bugeye convertible top frame is interchangeable with the similar-looking two-piece Sprite Mark II top frame? I need one for my Bugeye and the later 2-piece frame seems easier to come by. Jim
 
Absolutely will work, one of our group driving to Midget 50 this year in his Bugeye used my 2 piece from my MK1 Midget.
It was nice because his one piece bow made it hard to get his top on because it was tight. The two piece has the compression points with the springs so it can help with a tight top.
 
Yep.I have both styles. I use the two piece for the above reasons. It works great.
