When I was young, it was pretty common to see Sprites and Morris Minors on top of poles outside of junkyards, collision shops, auto repair shops, etc. Haven't seen a new one for quite some time:

Looks more like a fiberglass replica than the real deal. At a minimum, the car is a dressed up hulk. Probably has very little in the way of actual components beyond the body and tires.

Local used car lot had a Morris Minor on a pole for decades. Heard it was taken down and restored. Hope so....from underneath it looked like a pretty solid car.

I remember Renault Dauphines and Caravelles, Isettas and Messerschmitts used to be real popular on the top of poles, too.
