Bugeye oil leak help

I have had increasing problems with oil leaking. Pretty sure my clutch is contaminated to some extent now. I cannot tell exactly where oil is leaking from. I do know the valve cover gasket is not leaking. I am guessing I am looking at the oil pan and front and rear main seals, correct? I replaced the oil pan gaskets before, but there was still some leaking. To do this right, I figure I should just replace all possible culprits at this point. Any tips on how to replace the main seals? Any tips are appreciated.

Bugeye engines are not my forte but, that sounds more like an oil pressure issue than a seal issue - is there a vent on the rocker (or some form of PCV valve?) could it be clogged?

Scroll seal at the rear main? Sure sounds like oil on the clutch. The crankcase venting is the main suspect. Only proper fix is to pull the engine/trans and renew crank seals and clutch plate. Lots of work.

ugh.

Unfortunately I agree-I am going to have to pull the engine. I was just talking to a gentleman that went through the same thing. I am probably just going to wait for fall at this point. On a positive note, I had a later Sprite transmission put into an extra smooth case transmission I had. It has been a little difficult shifting into 2nd gear, but I as long as I could still shift, I just wanted to drive and have fun. I was anxious to put in the “new” transmission, but decided to wait for the right opportunity to come along. Just didn’t expect it so soon. Looks like I will be driving my TR6 for the rest of the summer. Thanks for your input.

That's a bummer, at least a Bugeye engine comes out pretty easily.
