Bugeye MC / Resleeving

I'm thinking ahead of getting my MC rebuilt in my Bugeye. I've read the Sierra site and like the idea of the re-sleeving for the 3/4" bore for my disc brakes, but I'm not sure what to do about the clutch side and I'm a bit confused. I know my BE has a ribcase transmission, I'm not sure what year do I also need to have that side changed to 3/4 to match the clutch slave?
