They have a QC Issue. David at BE Guy has been doing rebuiilds on the new switches to make them work. Try him.

Hi Jim, spoke with him yesterday. I grabbed one on eBay yesterday, we will have to see what it’s story is. It should come in Friday or Sat. If that doesn’t work out I will send my non-functioning one up to David. Thanks!
