On my bugeye the clutch pedal has a very slight sticking feel when you release the pedal. All works fine, just the slight sticking feel makes it harder to engage the clutch smoothly. Master and slave are rebuilt, and I lubed all the pins and pedal pivoting points. Anyone have this happen? Maybe the fork in the gearbox?

I'm with Jack here: the clevis pins can wear (I've seen 'em so bad they look like miniature crankshafts) and will "flip" back-and-forth as pressure is applied and released. Also the holes in the end of the pedal where the pin goes thru can elongate and cause some similar issues: the pin "rolls" up and down inside the elongated hole with pedal application.
