Rick, I TOTALLY agree with bugimike !!
IMHO that is a $500 to $1000 car!! As the exhaust manifold is on the WRONG side I would seriously suspect some "alterations" to the tub's "frame" and that is NOT good!!!
I will admit that a look-see my tell you more BUT (again) IMHO I strongly suggest that you find a local Frogeye person/owner to look at it with you!!!
Car just "smells" to me. Sorry.
