Back in June, was lucky enough to see this at the Grand Ascent (The AACA's yearly recreation of the Hershey Hillclimb).
1930 Type 45 U16 3.8L with twin Roots blowers. What an engine!



 
Amazing engine, I'd have loved to hear it running. I also wish the video didn't have so much distortion.
