Is that a pull-out e-brake to the right of the shifter?
Woulda thought one would re-atach the wood piece at the bottom of the dash and remove the extra gauge before putting it up for sale, unless that wood piece is supposed to be catawhumpus.
Needs some serious interior work, exterior chrome (bumpers, for sure), gold wheels?

The front end reminds me strongly of a Healey Westland. Interesting if a little lumpy design.
