I did about 30 years ago on my old 100/6, did not have anything to go on just the existing hood.
From memory, I clipped the wooden bow to the top of the windscreen, fixed the hood onto the car at the back ( mine came with all studs and inserts already fitted ) and streched it over the wooden bow. ( make sure that the hood is warmed up first - you should be alright in Spain leave it out in the sun for a while ) From memory I tacked it into position with a few tin tacks ( small nails for upholstery) and then secured it properly with the finishing strip, then uncliping the bow from the windscreen I tucked the spare material under the bow and fitted the Aluminium and rubber seal.
