B's running very hot

I'd put my money on a sticky thermostat.
I tried running without the belt driven fan after I installed an electric add on leaving the belt on to drive the water pump and it ran above normal so I reinstalled the fan and things were back to normal. I still have the electric mostly for when I am in traffic on those almost 100 degree days.
