I got a $50 gift card (Barnes&Noble),for which there are no local stores.
Decided I'd purchase Burt's books.
Which ones to buy?

They are a series of five books, so you might as well start at the beginning with the "The Last Open Road", which happens to be my favorite. Be careful, you'll probably get hooked like the rest of us and regularly check out his website for his latest lame excuses as to why he hasn't put out his next book: https://www.lastopenroad.com/

"The Potside Companion" is a collection of short stories that are all great. That is one to be enjoyed as well. I agree with Rick, the Last Open Road series is addictive. Start with the first one and I guarantee your collection will grow.
I think I have all of Burt's books.
 
A friend of mine, Greg Petrolatti, did the cartoon artwork for A Potside Companion.
 
Cool! And I know Bob Gillespie, who did the cover art for the edition of Montezuma's Ferrari with the cars on it.
