WINTER SUX
the roof of the shed that my GT6 is in collapsed.
it was my own fault for not cleaning it off. i had actually planned to clean it 2 weeks ago, but my father advised me it should be ok(the shed is in his backyard)
yesterday, i shoveled off what i could and inspected the damage. nice dent in the roof and i'm sure some scratches to match.
today, i will try to crib up the roof so more damage can't be done before the car can be moved.

my first try at posting pics, so i may have screwed up...

Hope you don't mind me helping booley.

I hope that the damage is not too bad once you get it dug out.....

Cheers,
M. Pied Lourd

I'd cry if that happened to my GT6

Homeowners insurance? I hope.

Home owner will cover it if it is insured and in a garage. Not sure about a shed

Do you have collectors insurance on it? And sorry to see what happened. I hope that it's minor when you get it out.

I feel your pain.

Somewhere under that mess is my spitfire and all my spare parts.

The inner fender well is crushed beyond repair. The GT6 bonnet is one I bought, along with an engine and trans for $450. All said I think I got by lucky. Now as soon as I get the snow cleared from the area I will rebuild.

Hope you get by as lightly as I did. Keep us updated.

I think I'm gonna be sick....you should have to post a disclaimer before showing pictures like these.

Oh man, I'm done whining about shoveling and my piles around the house. That is awful..........

Darwin, so sorry to hear about your similar situation. well, i got the shed roof supported so more damage cannot be done, and the dents and scratches don't seem too bad.
i guess i'm lucky, inspite of my stupidity...

Glad you got your roof supported. I hope your damage is as light as it sounds. I was shocked at the damage done to the spit but it all worked out for the better. Keep us updated on the repairs.

I feel for your father.

I'd feel terrible.

To both you guys: DANG! So sorry. I know it's demoralizing, but I hope you're able to recover and press on.

the wind is blowing, again.

You'd think the world would run out of air after while, or everything would balance out.

I hate the wind almost as much as the cold.

I'm ready for spring

all of which goes back to "I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was going to blame you."
