I ordered a Axle Nut Tool from Robb over at British Tool. Has anyone heard anything from him or sucessfully ordered anything from him recently? It has been well over a month and still no tool.

Anyone have one in the SF Bay area I can borrow for a weekend or two?

I have one, Tracy, but I'm not very local. I could get it in the mail tomorrow but you wouldn't get it until Tuesday aor Wednesday (Monday is presidents day). Contact me off line if you have an interest. I'm done with it for a while I hope.

Let me keep you in mind. Robb responded that he had lost my address. I have fingers crossed that he will get it in the mail today. If I still do not have it by next week I may ask for the loaner. BTW I will be up in your neck of the woods late Aug as I believe I am accepted again into the Alpine500 Rally.

I just received my axle nut tool from him. Call or email him. He is in the process of changeing jobs and very busy with that. He is now also out of the tool making business. So after the run of tools he has now is gone there will be no more. I did find that contacting him personally was a help.

He was in the same process when I abandoned waiting on him and made my own axle-nut tool ( https://www.britishcarforum.com/bcforum/u...true#Post214688 )

Looks like now I'll have to make the spanner for the dash switches too; I'd ordered one of those at the same time as the axle socket...
