I got this off the Jensen mailing list and it looks to be interest to any British car nut so I am re-posting it here:

<blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><hr> Many thanks to David Crowne for the submission of the site for the British Standards for wiring color codes, I have found this to be incredibly valuable.
I am listing it again for those who may not have picked up on its importance the first time.
The colors conform to British Standard specifications. For a fairly
complete list of those specifications, see
https://www.dimebank.com/tech/LucasColours.html

Also love to see the results from the train project by another member. <hr></blockquote>

Thank you very much!
I put a short cut to that list on my desktop.
I am also going to print one out and put it in my glovebox.
