General MG British Parts Northwest in Oregon

I just went online to order some rubber seals from what I thought was Northwest Imports and for what ever reason I seemed to have been directed a place called British Parts Northwest. Has anyone dealt with them? And in my former life as a fraud investigator I always did due diligence. So I put the company address in Google and the aerial shot shows an empty field. The nearest building has zero markings and I guess I am a skeptic. Ideas? I did leave a message for them to call back.
