Anyone know when it is this year? PJ

Thanks Bob, Yes that's it. I'm going to try to make it on Saturday, I'd like to go up on Friday but I can't make it, other obligations. Not far for me, about 70 miles.PJ

Slightly off topic, but our first visit to AR this year for the Brit show in Hot Springs was a real blast. It was a bit of a shock to get back to East coast traffic.

Well, I grew up on the East coast! Not only is the driving different out here, but the hassle of the bee hive activity in the East is lost for good. Only thing here is, we have to drive 60 miles to a big city for department stores, Tulsa, 18 miles to the grocery store, 8 miles to the gas station! No cable TV, Satellite only! But the people are great and the peace and quiet is deafening! :highly_amused:. Built the new house right in the middle of a 20 acre groomed horse farm. We love it here! PJ

I might add, I do miss the close proximity of the car shows back there, but that's it.

Looks like this show is about the same as a drive to Tulsa for you. Yes, there are a lot of shows, but after awhile the repeat factor has us going further afield looking for something/where new. This year we will have been to Townsend, TN, Hot Springs, AR, and Watkins Glen, NY. Plus 4 other shows within a 2 hour drive. Next year will be a little tougher to plan, since my trailer was stolen a couple weeks ago.

Sorry to hear about the trailer. Any hope the police will find it? PJ

Just sent the registration in for the show. Be doing Saturday, not Friday. PJ

I expect the tires got pulled off & the rest sold for scrap. I have very little expectation I will ever see it again. I'll keep watching Balto C'List for a couple more weeks. Hope you have clear & cool for the show. We were surprised at the large number of LBC owners who look at our car and admit they've never seen one in person. Darts are not that rare here in the NE.

Man around here a Dart would be rarer than hens teeth. I've never seen one in person. Man I'd like to make that Fayetteville show, but I'm afraid it is just a bit far for a day trip.

Walter, You are quite a ways down. What's it take you to get to Tulsa, 2 1/2 hrs up 44? Take us about 3, depending on traffic to get to Ok City from our place. 412 to 44 and down. PJ

Tulsa is closer to three from here, OKC is about an hour away by way of 44. You are what about an hour out of Tulsa right?

Exactly 1 hr. Tahlequah is 18 miles and that's where we do most shopping. We go to Tulsa about once a month, which is ok as I don't like big cities anyway. Only reason I go there is for Sams club, Harbor Freight, Northern Tool etc. The wife likes the department stores! What woman doesn't! :highly_amused: PJ
