OK. all you Jag experts---Has anyone seen the 69 XJ for sale on page 72 of the new issue of British Car Magazine. ANY comments as I am thinking of sliding my MGB over to the conner of the garage to make room for it. If anyone lives in the SO.calif. area why not go take a look and give me a report, It's always fun to look a another Jag right?????

Seen the ad. In fact another member was thinking the same as you. The seller states that it has no a/c, and that together with the vinyl (ambla) upholstery, points to the car being a base 2.8 litre model. Rare ideed, but do you really want a car in Arizona that has no air cond.? Otherwise, if it is in good shape then the price is reasonable, and they didn't make many base 2.8s, and even fewer were brought into the US.
