Stopped at the area British car parts yard (don't know if I can mention the name) and what a site! Must have been 40-50 old MG's, Triumphs, and everything else in the yard. This does not include the piles of body parts lying around. The guy has been in the business for 35 years and the store/shop looks it (more piles of parts). I think I found heaven.

Re: British Car Graveyard

He needs to be on the Forum!

Preferably as a supporting vendor!

Sounds good but for the thought of these all rusting back to their origins.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I hope what's salvagable is kept viable.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif

Re: British Car Graveyard

Sounds like British Racing Green up in Newark, Delaware?

Re: British Car Graveyard

Of course you can mention his name and location and what ever. Pictures even welcome.

Having a place like this between home and work may be a pleasant problem.

[/ QUOTE ]

Nah, a pleasing problem is having an MG Graveyard right outside!

My body parts are going to be lying about when the Missus finds out about the BGT I just put a bid on.

Re: British Car Graveyard

I had heard that British Racing green was being forced to get rid of all their parts cars by the township who called them unsightly! Are there any left?

Re: British Car Graveyard

Hee Hee.
there's a picture of a guy with his hands out and money is falling into them. He's not an LBC owner.
I'm going to DC next month for work, how far away is it.
BTW BRG.com is business resource group or something.

Re: British Car Graveyard

I'd love some pics and it's location. BRG.com gave me the same as baz.

Re: British Car Graveyard

Try this: https://www.brgparts.com/

Also, for "vping": Depending on where in the DC area you are (and the time of day) it could be up to 3 or more hours to Newark. Leave early, go through Baltimore using the tunnel (not the B'More beltway) and you'll do okay.
