Today was the day. Went into Toronto to pick up a friend to come to the show. Met Mark (Abarth69) and his beloved and kids and after not too many minutes hit the highway with Mark leading the way in his Big Healey, Stephen & I Second and Heather bringing up the back in her Sprite. 40 Minutes later we find ourselves surrounded by LBC's all trying to get into the park at once. Imagine a traffic jam in England in 1965. That is until the traffic guy sorted us out - overheating to the right, not overheating to the left. (really) Got in, got parked, registered, car cleaned up and time to look around. Over a thousand cars, and about 12 motorcycles - lots! to see.

Highlights. At least 25 BE/ squarebodies. - I didn't win but I think it was fixed

The oddball Brit corner - a Scootacar, Bond Bug, A40, 2 Rileys etc. etc.

A reproduction but still stunning D type Jag.

An Austin 7 Ulster that won the (I think it was) 1933 Brooklands outright. A row of about a dozen Deloreans, all with doors open - some with flux capacitors - how do they tell them apart for judging?

Another dozen or so Cobras - many real.

It was a great day. Met Phil, and a number of old friends. The weather was stunning and yes I took a few pictures but have to figure out how to get them off my phone

What- no pictures? 1000 cars? - WOW!
Shouldn't Deloreans be at an Irish Car Meet?
1 is interesting - 12 isn't.
Hope you had a good time.
