His grandad was an eminent church designer, proponent of the Gothic revival style, whose most famous building is perhaps the grand Midland Hotel at St Pancras station in London. Giles' crowning glory is probably the enormous Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. Ilike the Moggy, wish I still had mine!
