the other night a stamf. ct. cop goes into a a local park just after 12 midnight and finds a 21 year old man alone sitting in a car and told him hed have to go because the park is closed, just after 1:00 the cop finds the same young man on the other side of town and tells him to get off the streets, at around 2:30 same cop finds this guy at another location and calls for backup, the cop gets the young man out of his car and begins questioning the suspect while the backup cop searches the car, returning from his search the backup cop reports he found nothing, they begin telling the subject to get off the streets, go home etc. when the young man interups the lecture and says "what, ya didnt find nuttin undah my front seat"?, a further search unvailed a large bag under the drivers seat containing what police describe as "heroin laced marijuana", brilliant drug dealer victim of his own product.
