Brief respite from the rain, took the B out

We've got a couple days off from the rains and snow, so I took the B out for an hour or so after dinner tonight. Everything is very green right now, and I couldn't resist a brief stop for a picture.

Car is running pretty well right now (still a bit rich), new tires go on this weekend.

Pictures also show the newly cleaned up rear end -- turns out the little saying written there ("the last open road" was on the trunk lid) was just vinyl letters, so a bit of time with the heat gun and off it came. Same with the sticker that was there, heat and some WD40 and all is cleaned up. Much nicer.

I'm sure you were glad to rid the car of the stickers, but "The Last Open Road" sure fits the scenery there!

I do think of that saying/title when I look at that picture. Car looks better without the stickers, but the saying is still relevant.

Taken just a few minutes from my house, by the way.
