Early morning meeting with a client Board
of Directors.

Good, strong Puerto Rico coffee and McD's
Breakfast Burittos for everyone.

First time I had one of them things. Is it
just me being spoiled but are McD's Breakfast
Burritos not fit for human consumption?

Wow! They are right nasty tasting!

I'll stick to my jamon y queso bocadillos.

Mc Donalds ANYTHING is NASTY to eat Less their coffee!
I make my own Breakfast Burritos {In Texas there called Taquitos} {I know! but oh well} they call toastadas ..... chalupas too :confuse:
Bacon Egg n cheese ala Mexicana {fried onions & tomatoes} are my favorite! :yesnod:

You are spoiled Dale... AND McDs food is nasty. So I guess the combo of the two makes for a gag reflex moment.
Wife took me to a "Salsaritas" taco-bar resturant last night... eh... I could take it or leave it. But the Black beans ad rice were naaaasty.
Wife and I are both craving a "Canoe".. Thanks Dale!

We used to eat McD's breakfast burritos when we went snow boarding. They would kill our appetite for the rest of the day. Then we wouldn't have to worry about wasting time paying for over priced food on the mountain, or trekking back to the car for a cooler lunch. If we carb loaded the night before we would have energy all day. Worked out well. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend them to any one.

I'll let you in on a secret Mickey Ds food is not fit for human consumption, only for children under 10.

FYI
1. Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit
520 calories and 30 grams of fat. That's half of your recommended daily intake for fat grams, if you're counting.

2. Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle
560 calories and 32 grams of fat

3. Deluxe Breakfast
1090 calories and 56 grams of fat, too. Oh, and that doesn't even include the syrup and butter- which contain an additional 220 calories, if you use both.

4. McSkillet Burrito
610 calories and 36 grams of fat

5. Egg McMuffin
An English muffin, egg, cheese and a slice of Canadian bacon. For just 300 calories and 12 grams of fat.

6. Sausage McMuffin
370 calories and 22 grams of fat.

7. Sausage Burrito
300 calories and 16 grams of fat.

8. Southern Style Chicken Biscuit
410 calories and 20 grams of fat.

I cant stand McD's

During our local Farmers Market, I make Chili Verde on site for my Mother in law and my niece and nephew put together the burritos and or Breakfast burritos with hash browns and eggs.
On a busy weekend we go through about 25 gallons of Verde, But usually we go through 15-16 gallons

We dont count FG's and what not

Dale, if that is the best your clients could serve for breakfast, if I were you and they invited me to diner, I would pass....

ummm... wow.

"Board of Directors"

"McDonalds Breakfast Burritos"

...cash th' check BEFORE you do the work...

They are my very best paying client Doc.
Check arrives 14 days after my invoice.

In these grim economic times, knowing I have about
a 2 year project that pays well and promptly..........

I'll force down the McBurritos every few months or so
and not complain too badly.

BTW: After work eats and drinks at a genuine Argentino
panaderia more than makes up for the horrid burritos.

Someday James, I'm gonna make me way to your turf and try a true "Scottish" Deep-fried Mars bar.
A trip to the Bitish Isles is on my lifelong goals list.

or just visit the Arkansas State fair this week for the new treat--"Pig Lickers" Fried bacon strips dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt. OMG does that sound disgusting!!!

:grouphug: Oh the things we endure to keep our LBC's on the road.

Hi Folks,

I`ve been in Outside Industrial Sales all my life. On the road hrs on end. There really is no time for a "Formal" meal when you want to get back home & have a 5hr drive in front of you.

So; I`ve enjoyed Mc`Ds & BK all my life & It has`nt killed me yet.

Dale; If these people are "YOUR" clients (Board of Directors); Why the heck do you invite them to Mc`Ds and not a Diner?

I did`nt think Mc`Ds was allowed in PR anyway.

"I LOVE FAST FOOD"!!!

Russ

hmmm... wonder if the burrito eating board contributed to the earthquake out there in the Carribe? :jester:

Russ <span style="color: #990000">Russ, YET is the operative word here- YET.
That horrible food has not killed you YET!

I'm a spoiled brat when it comes to clients. I've a skill they need
and therefore.......... as it was once postulated:

"Base-a-ball bean beery berry good to me !!

McD's is fairly far down the food chain here. Burger King and Wendys
are much more popular. So is Taco Maker
