Thanks tom - now I get to try out the "Multi-Quote" system. The old forum had this but this is MUCH easier and more intuitive.Congratulations on the great new format and appearance. This was a *ton* of work, and we appreciate all you're doing.
Well that's amazing! I never did figure out why the VPN was causing an issue (it may have been the VPN IP was from an IP that was blocked and now that I'm on a new server -- just a hunch. It looks great Basil, and I no longer have to turn off my VPN to log in. Great job.
I'm hoping people will eventually, once they get used to it, find it more intuitiveThe new look is great. Like all changes it will take a little getting use to.
Thank you for all the work you put into keeping this site up and running.
Yeah, I need to see about porting over some of our more popular "old" smilies - they still work for many situations.Looking good (but notice, likely still to resolve, that emojis in my tag-lines aren't there).
GraciasNice job, Basil
Don't break anything! Thanks for all your hard work, Basil. I'm stumbling my away around to get familiar with the new format.
Thanks you sirLooking good. Thanks for your work!
Liking the new look so far. Only been to the Pub and will have to check out the rest of it!!
just great - wow!
This is working great, admit to getting older and grumpy about change, this is really painless. I used to have to go back into desktop mode on my phone to look at anything besides topic headings on the forum, now I don't have to. Just posted a pic for fun, it was easy! Sadly NOT my car.View attachment 67904
Yes, the interface on devices is MUCH better!Looks good Bas. I'm liking the new format so far, it's much easier to use from my phone.
Did Basil add that already? On the main forum page, right side, you can click on "Members Online".I noticed that the new system doesn't show you how many people are currently looking at a given forum. It's no big deal but I always found it curious.
Awe, shock, and blank eyed stupor at the epiphany realized due to my recognition of the immensity of the massive effort expended ito create such a monumental construct. Kinda like going about ones normal day and turning the usual corner and being suddenly presented with a glistening travertine clad pyramid stretching into the clouds. Yep, that sort of thing. Are you walking around open-mouthed because you're in awe, or did you eat some bad guacamole?
