Ok. I knew my rear brake line was getting iffy on the MGB. We were getting ready for a long trip so I thought now would be a good time to deal with it. I had to put it on hold when I looked closer at the system. The hose isn't any big deal, no problem. The problem is that I wouldn't be able to bleed the brakes well since the DPO swapped the rear brakes right for left putting the bleeder valves on top. This gave me a pleasant oppurtunity for language practice. But I digress.
Looking at the job to turn them back the way they need to be will include pulling the half-shafts. I'm thinking about re doing all the rear bushings and pads while I'm that far gone, and am whining over the bearings. Would you guys do them too, or not, and is there anything else back there that you would throw in while it's all apart? I don't intend to open the rearend itself, just drop the rear axle, pull the halfshafts and deal with the spring pads while I'm there.
