I wanted to report on my rebuilt booster from:

Brake Materials & Parts
800 Sherman Blvd
Fort Wayne IN 46808
260-426-3331

They did a good job, rebuilt it and painted it black for 85 (powder coat a little more). They did it quick and shipped it back promptly.

Question, Now with it reinstalled my brake light remains on with brake off. I'm not sure if I should fiddle with the brake switch. I know the actuator stem on the booster turns but not sure if this would be my fix.
Any help would be appreciated!!

Have you tried unplugging your PDWA switch. When fiddling with your brakes, you may have gotten this switch kicked to one side or the other.
 
I had the same problem after rebuilding my brakes and installing a rebuilt servo last winter. It ended up being a very simple fix. Try bending the brake light switch bracket so that it contacts the brake pedal arm sooner. My pedal didn't come back far enough to activate the switch after putting everything back together.
 
thanks guys, luckily the PDWA wasn't the problem. I pushed the bracket inward and that bent it enough to make it work right. Yes, very simple fix, the kind I like! Thanks guys!
