Brake Question

First, can someone tell me the torque specs on the wheels? I replaced everything in my brakes, and had the drums/rotors turned before install, and I get a pulsation out of my rear end. I assume the drums came out of round for some reason. Also, I installed the moss pads with the anti-squeal backing but my front brakes still squeal. I chamfered the pads. Any solutions?

wheels torque on at 40lbs.

How long/far have you driven them? they may just need time to seat themselves.

I have always had better luckwith the blue glue than the backing tape.

As for the drums, I just replace them. Not worth cutting them in my opinion.
