/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif. I have completely rebuilt a 1977 Midget from the ground up. I have come to a hydraulic problem that I can not figure out. I know my way around cars as I have rebuilt many; however this is my first non-American rebuild. Now my problem, the brakes have been completely rebuilt. I rebuilt the master cylinder, the calipers, all rubber flex lines, and pressure fault switch. When I took it out for the first test drive the front disc locked up. I have replaced or rebuilt every component in the brake system and properly bleed the brakes hundreds of times. I have seemed to look at every part and rebuilt several items twice. I can't seem to put a finger on the problem. Anyone out there have a tip?
