My indicating light for the brake pressure failure switch has never worked since I've had the car. I now have brake fluid leaking at the switch. Has anyone ever plugged the socket where the switch is? If yes, with what size plug?

The switch is only $50 at Moss and probably cheaper elsewhere. Not too much to ask for a piece of safety equipment I'd say.

Aloha,

Here is link describing how the assembly is supposed to work.

If you have a fluid leak from the electrical switch you probably have a leaking seal in the switch. Moss Motors offers a rebuild kit for the assembly and I'm sure there are other sources also.

Thanks Guys, I tried a seal kit awhile ago but it took forever to loosen one break line connection and all I accomplished was to remove paint on the inside fender ao I gave up on that idea.
