Brake Master Cylinder

Make sure you stay with the correct bore size. This is very critical. With such a small MC any difference in size is huge. Even 1/8 inch larger bore will increase the required pedal pressure A lot. This wouldn't make the pedal go to the floor, but you don't want to make things worse.

Well I'll be back at it Sunday I think...otoh, all of the inner brake areas look really nice, new wheel cylinders, new rubber lines, clean and painted etc. Didn't pull the drum because the cars is 'up' and over my Porsche presently but I'll show an inner pic later.

I'm in the middle of the same problem. Were you ever successful in getting them bled and a good pedal when done ? I've ordered
a new master cylinder from Moss along with a repair kit if existing one is not too far gone. Of course that still might not solve
the problem.

I have a Girling .75 master to put in and then I'll get to it.... had a bunch of things get in the way. I could not get the Moss .75 master to bench bleed properly...it had a poor seal and was worthless so I found this Girling (Pegasus as above) and transferred the pedal rod from the Moss to it...perfect fit btw. Then we'll see.
I will depress the front wheel cylinders when I do the next bleed too.

Which model number did you get from Pegasus, as the only ones I find do not have the correct mounting holes for a BN2?
