Brake line fittings

Hi guys,
Trying to help my son with a project. I am not with my car, my tools or my manuals. Looking for the size (diameter and threads per inch) of the male fittings on our Big Healey brake lines. Can anyone help me?

Lin - 3/8-24 are the threads. Use Girling fittings for 3/16" brake line.
