Brake Hose for BN2 Front Disc Conversion

I converted my 100M to front disc brakes and now need to find a replacement brake hose. I got the conversion kit from Gary Hemphill but neither he nor Moss have the correct replacements so am looking for other sources. The hose is 13" with 1" long threaded connectors and convex nipples on both ends (Moss's have one shorter threaded end and one concave dimple) to match the copper brake lines. Any suggestions? Either rubber or braided stainless are OK.

Just for the record, after more digging I did find 2 sources for the brake hose. Moss part #021-162 and AH Spares #BRK191.
