I know this is normal for many of you but it's 95 right now and it's only 12:30. Humid too.

Did I mention that I'm playing golf at 3 o'clock.

Hotter there than here (83 in the shade), but humidity level is in the 75% range!

I was out splitting firewood this morning. One thing that age has taught me is when to quit!

Hydrate, hydrate, HYDRATE!

We had September weather in July and July weather now. 96 in the shade on my front porch. I pity those poor tennis players at the US Open. 17 have already retired due to heat and injuries.

We've had scattered storms/showers nearly every afternoon for MONTHS. Temps in the high 80's~low 90's and humidity hoverin' in the +90% range. Nearly jungle conditions. But I could do without the rains, I gotta paint th' hovel.

It's been cool here, I have the A/C turned off and the windows open in my classroom. Yesterday was only ninety and today is supposed to be the same, hello fall.

Heat and humidity finally broke here - in the 70's today - all the windows open, gorgeous!

Around here we call that just another day. We should be coming up on our week of fall weather soon, then slightly cooler for a few months, a week of spring, then right back where we are now.

Yup. When we left Louisiana to move to Tennessee, never thought I'd enjoy four seasons so much. I've often said that the year we left winter came on a Tuesday.

I take it back. It's 56 now I have a sweatshirt on. Ahh New England.

Same here - in the 90's at the beginning of the week - high of 65 today ahhhh

We're rumored to be getting a "cold front" thru the region over the next few days... High temps won't break th' 90°F barrier. And MORE rain.

Ok now I really take it back ! I just lit the wood stove it's 48 outside and 62 inside.
