So I finally have found myself an owner of a B, I knew it would happen sooner or later.

The overdrive switch does not do anything and I assume if I crawl under the car it will be obvious if it has the overdrive unit or not??

I am going to use this car an my daily driver so I had to figure out how to get it in the garage with a few other cars at my house. I managed to get 7 LBCs and a tractor into a two car garage.

Nice stable of cars! You need a 4-post lift!

Somehow you ~instantly~ came to mind, Steve! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Tullamore,

I can see getting the car in the garage, can't see how YOU got out of it!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif

visions of "The Dukes of Hazard" come to mind for getting the car in and out of that!

Nice stable by the way!

It is a 72 and after the first time I got out of the car parked in that tight I now keep it in neutral and push it in and out of the garage. Its a good thing I am obsessed with driving LBCs or there is no way I would put up with that.

yeah, not to mention pushing one of them 3000+lbs new cars in and out of that space would be a bit tiresome /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Nice collection, and congrats on the new addition.

I was proud when I fit 2 Spridgets, a motorcycle, and my wife's SUV in the garage. You put me to shame!

Yep, tow tractor should be up front.

Nice find. I like the 4 post lift idea myself.

Ooops, I just bought three more british cars, now I really have to get creative in my parking design! Especially since one is a big old E-type.

I want THAT garage!!! <thinks there might be a car or two more if at least one was a Mini! :D> What height do you need for those four post lifts? My garage will have 9ft ceiling?

Nice collection! I just got my first MG -- a '68 C Tourer. I'm in the process of expanding my garage to accomodate six cars comfortably in three bays -- 1100 square feet total. But now that I've seen your photos, I think I could accomodate loads more than six!!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
