Tony,

The only 3 acre yard in San Diego is Petco Stadium!!! Home of the Padres.....

I almost bought a 3 acre lot but decided that the $10 gazzilion dollar mortgage would be a triffle too much... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

North Alabama - the best kept secret in the US of A!!

Tony,

Yeah, but....

I am a rabid sailboat racer and moving somewhere that isn't ten minutes from the ocean woul;d cause me the DTs....

I know, I know...waa /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cryin.gif waa /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cryin.gif waa /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cryin.gif

Ron - have you ever heard of Guntersville Lake & the Tennessee River....the sailing club down there have some of the best races & regattas around! We kept a 27' Hunter down there for a bit until a friend convinced me he needed it more than me....he's good enough to race it, I wasn't!

Dale:

You can get an Econotrailer 16' (like mine) for under $1500 if you go out and pick it up (sorta near Pittsburgh). Diamond plate (including DP fenders), LED lights, battery, breakaway setup for electric brakes, hidden ramps, etc. They come standard with two-wheel electric brakes, but I got the 4-wheel brakes for $100 more. I've had mine for a few months now...very happy with it. Tows easy with my mini-van.
Nice folks to deal with too.

Isn't that a bit of overkill? Not being funny, I just don't know.
