I wanted to do something earlier, but work got in the way. I'm at home snow-bound today, so had some time this morning.

When I read some of the comments from his former students and realizing the obvious impact he had on so many young lives, it made me think of this: (Warning, have a box of Kleenex handy)

I know Tony really liked IZ (Kamakawiwio'ole) and this song has run through my mind since the awful news, so I thought I would share it here...

It's Tony who's to blame. I have three IZ cd's in my Jaq. Somehow it just seems even more fitting now. Can't wait for our snow to be gone so that Onslow and I can go tooling with Iz cranked up. I think that's how I'll celebrate Tony's life. Stay strong Barnhill family.

Well done boss. Very fitting.
