'member me? ~evil grin~

So this strange guy knocks on my door a couple hours ago. Have a kid asleep, one on my hip and I see this rental truck pulling (NOT A BRITISH)car on a flatbed. KNOCK KNOCK.

It was DOUG! Sorry I was preoccupied with kids and all. If I'd known you were coming through, we could have met up for lunch (had grandkids here). Emma was out, but I didn't even open the garage to introduce him to Binabox. It was really nice meeting you, sorry for the dumb who is this guy?' look on my face!

I promised him I'd stop by here. Hope ya'll are well. Heading back out west for Part 2 of our Wild West trip. 6000+ miles this time in 3 weeks, maybe more if we're lucky. No we aren't going to Reno, cuts into vacation! Give a shout if you're in SD, WY, MT, ID, UT or CO.

Maybe I'll show up more often just to annoy ya'll...

Oh, and scratch Minerva, add "We ain't keeping this one" MGA project.

Cool, Ya didn't pawn off any cars on him?
He's a sucker for ol cars

Didn't seem interested in the Solara...

Good to hear you're out and about. Look me up if you do make it to UT (I'm in Midway)

We'll be coming down from Montana/Idaho. 2 days in the SLC area, then down to Bryce (we missed Bryce in '09) Where's Midway? Wait, don't tell me... it's mid way.....

Midway is in the Heber Valley, about 40 miles south east of SLC (over the mountains). And yes, it is mid way, though I'm not exactly sure between where?

Bryce is well worth going to see. Hit Capitol Reef as well if you can. Requires a bit more hiking, but it's my favorite of the UT national parks (and we've got quite the array of them).

Do let me know when you'll be through here, I'd love to connect.

I have to tell you Drew, I ADORE Utah. After our trip there in '09, I told Chuck if it weren't for family and friends, I'd move there in a minute. I love the Moab area. We staying in a fabulous adobe outside the city on Kane Creek Road. We hiked, ww rafted, had a fabulous time. Did Zion, not Bryce. Plan on doing Bryce, Escalante, Capital Reef, Kodachrome (?) - and maybe through my personal fav, Dead Horse Point SP. NO idea what we're doing around SLC other than the copper mine.

I may hit you up for some roads! And yes, if we're close, we'll hook up. 2 nights SLC, 1 or 2 at Bryce (probably 2)

We talked about ya when he was here.

Good to have you back on board.

And why haven't you answered my emails, hmmmmmm?

We have many great roads here. Was just down in Escalante last weekend in my B. Utah can be a bit strange, but it sure is pretty.

JAYBIRD!!!!!!! I miss you! so glad all is well, and you guys are having fun. I still regret not meeting up with you guys while you were in the area here.
How's the carbs holding up?

I bet ya did Mickey!

Don't jump the gun with that back on board stuff, my manners haven't improved a bit ya know... ~evil grin~

I DID. TWO of them! (how's Janet?)

Drew I'm going to count on you for my vehicular therapy while we're in Utah! (I didn't find it strange at all... well, except maybe that dude that built the house in the rock with the cool Jeep out front that is made all from car bits)

Ben!!!!!!!!!!! You should regret it. Possibly one of the biggest regrets of your life...bwahahahahaha. Emma's carbs are awesome, she's running great. (especially with the $20 engine inner since I might have blown a rod right through the pan on the old engine... that story will cost ya a beer though)

Steve, still got your harem?

We'll be out your way on a special, dedicated trip. Driving from Seattle to LA down the coast. Prolly '13.

Can't believe all ya ol' coots are still hanging around this joint...
