I see that the earlier post was closed. So I will add these comments separately.
First I want to thank you, Jim for bringing up this problem. I am presently waiting to send my body tub to get some final body work and paint. So when these problems come up on the forums, I head out to see if I might have the same problem. In this case I did not have the same problem. I did get my safety catch from TRF rather than Moss. So that likely is the difference to start with. I did feel that my catch was more forward than I liked. So I slotted the holes to move it back by about 1/8". But I got that done prior to paint.
