Depressed, I believe. Others will chime in; opinions may vary.
 
I think your post 60k body is not filled, while my pre 60k body is leaded shut.

I agree. My original body, TS23,6xx was leaded over, and the post 60k body I used was not...although I did lead them in, as I was doing a lot of other leading on the body. Repair seams and along edges.
 
I agree: pre-60000 VIN, filled; post-60000 VIN depressed.

It was cheaper not to lead them in on the post TS60000 TR3As and the TR3Bs. At that stage of production, every penny saved meant a lower selling price than the competiton - so S-T would probably sell more new TRs.
