I'm suprised you left the fenders on the shell when you had it blasted. These are prime areas to find lurking rust on the TR6.

Upstate NY is terrible with rust. Just as much salt on the roads as there is snow. I just hope I don't have to repair my rocker panels for another 20+ years. Thank God for undercoating

Looking very nice!! I imagine it'll look spectacular all completed

I know this is a Triumph forum but I want ze Beetle under the tarp in the fourth picture down

Hey Elliot,

That looks like the old "Reddi-Strip" facility in the Allentown area; Correct? What are they called now? Are they still "Dipping" Cars & Parts?

Regards, Russ

I thought that picture looked familiar....that is where I took some parts. Allentown...I would say that was a few years back because that building was showing some wear when I arrived..at...wait .......Kwik Strip

Russ and JP... You guys have good eyes! Yes, that is the old Redi-Strip place in Allentown. When I was last there approx. 5 years ago it had changed to Kwik Strip... still the same run down place. I've had a couple of things striped there; not cheap, but they get the job done.
