Body Mounts Install help?

I am attempting to install new body mounts
in Crypty. Has anyone every taken these two
sets out and replaced them while the car was
on the frame?

These mounts are on the outside edges of the two
seats. Mine appear kinda rusted and painted over.
What is a good procedure to remove these bolts and washers?
