Body/Interior Panels Repair Order

I know I have seen the answer on the Forum but after much searching I cannot find it. My question is (Bugeye): what order should repair panels be installed? I'm replacing the right side inner and outer sill, the "A" post and hinges, floordoard, rear cockpit brace and the brace from the trans tunnel to the sill -and- the inner footwell. It appears to me it should be from the inside out but I'm not certain. I have lots of bracing etc. to keep the tub from treaking so even thought about removing all the old rusty/damaged parts first then reassemble. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
