BN4 Capillary tube attaching

Looking for help on a early BN4 Longbridge tube routing and attaching clips. I have ones purchased from British Car in Ca however I can't determine what they attach to. This is a early car with the tube rinning down the right side of the shroud.

Can anyone help???
