Any one have a trick for installing a new felt timing cover seal? I smashed the new seal between 2 steel plates in the vice, shoehorned it into the cover with much difficulty, saturated it with oil and using several imprompt-to mandrels finally coaxed the pulley/damper into the seal. Problem is I think it's too tight. thanks for any suggestions
